Passport information

All U.S. travelers must show a valid passport for entry into Ireland.  

If you have not applied for your passport, please do so immediately to ensure ample time for processing. According to the U.S. State Department, the current processing time for new passport applications is approxiamately four to six weeks.

Required Visa information

An ETA Visa is now required for all U.S. travelers visiting the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Also, the European Union is expected to implement an ETIAS Visa requirement in 2026 for all U.S. travelers which would apply to guests traveling to Europe's mainland.
